Team size, where people are travelling from, rough dates, budget per person and the kind of trip you want. A WhatsApp message is enough.

Step 2: Get two or three options
We research stays and activities for your group and send each option with photos and an itemised quote.

Plans each trip himself, from shortlisting stays to the day-by-day schedule, and travels with the group so there's always one person on the ground who knows every detail. Based in Mumbai.

Do you have fixed packages and prices?
No. Group size, travel cities, dates and the kind of stay change the cost a lot, so we quote each trip separately. Share a budget per person and we'll plan within it.
How early should we contact you?
Four to eight weeks ahead works for most trips. For December, long weekends or groups above 100, reach out two to three months early so the best stays are still available.
What size of group do you plan for?
We plan for groups of 15 to 250 people. For a smaller leadership group, message us and we'll tell you honestly whether it makes sense.
Our team is in different cities. Is that a problem?
No. We book travel from each city and time arrivals so everyone meets at the destination together.
Can you fit a work session or town hall into the trip?
Yes. We pick stays with a meeting room, projector and sound, and plan the rest of the day around your session.
What if something goes wrong during the trip?
Our host is with your group the whole time and handles delays, room changes and vendor issues on the spot. We also note the nearest hospital and keep emergency contacts ready for every stop.
Do you plan trips outside India?
Not yet. We're focused on India for now and will add international trips later.
