Why Wescape exists
Team trips are one of the best things a company can do for its people, and one of the hardest to organise. Someone in HR or operations ends up spending weeks on resort calls, spreadsheets and vendor follow-ups, then spends the trip itself fixing late buses and room mix-ups.
I started Wescape to take that job off their hands. There are no fixed packages: we plan every trip from scratch for the team in front of us, and one of us travels with the group from the first pickup to the last drop. The person who organised the offsite should get to enjoy it too.
We're starting with the places in India we know work well for groups, and building Wescape one well-run trip at a time.

What we believe
The planner should be on the bus
A local coordinator can follow a schedule. Someone who chose the stays and booked the buses knows what to change when it slips, so one of us comes along instead of handing you over on arrival.
A team of 20 and a team of 200 need different trips
They need different stays, transfers and schedules. So we start with your team, your cities and your budget, and choose the places after that. We don't keep a brochure.
A quote should hold up with finance
Someone will ask what each rupee is for, and it's usually you who has to answer. Every line in our quote says what it pays for, so you can answer them, and see what you'd save by dropping an activity.
The person planning your trip
Wescape is small on purpose. When you message us, you're talking to the person who will plan your trip.
