What we collect

When you send a trip brief, we receive what you type into it: your name, work email, phone number if you add one, company name, and your trip details (team size, cities, destination, dates, budget and any notes).

We don't ask for anything else, and the form works without an account.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you and plan your trip. If you go ahead with a trip, we use the same details to book it and send you the quote, itinerary and invoice.

Where it goes

If you send your brief by email, it is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service, or by your own email app.

If you send it on WhatsApp, it goes through WhatsApp like any other message you send, under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

We don't sell your details or share them for marketing. When we book a trip, we share only what a hotel, airline or transport company needs to make the booking.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit each page. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't store anything on your device and doesn't follow you to other sites.

We see only totals: page views, and broad details such as country, browser and the page that linked here. Nothing in it identifies you.

How long we keep it

We keep a brief for as long as we need it to plan your trip and keep proper business and tax records, then delete it.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Email us and we'll tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
